- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
- small pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. cubed ham
Directions

1Have all ingredients handy.

2Heat skillet or wok over high heat for 30 seconds.

3Add 1 tablespoon oil; fry eggs until very moist film appears; remove and set aside.

4Add 2 tablespoons oil; stir-fry rice 2 to 3 minutes.

5Add thawed peas; stir through until warm.

6Add ham and green onions; stir through until warm.

7Add eggs; stir until all ingredients are warm and well mixed, then serve.
