- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
Directions

1Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil for 5 minutes, or until tender.
