- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. apple juice

Directions

1Carefully remove skin from ham, leaving 1/4-inch of fat. Score meat in diamond shapes, inserting whole cloves in designs. Brush meat with mustard.
