  • 1/2 can frozen orange juice
  • 3/4 can pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    Soak ham in clear water 24 hours.

    Brush until all cure is gone. Leave rind on ham.

    roaster with rind side up. Bake at 325° for 18 minutes per pound.

    When almost done, remove rind and glaze with mixture of ingredients.
