- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions

2Spread in an ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch.

3Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
