Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. cured ham
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh pork
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- milk to mix well
Directions

1Have cured ham and fresh pork ground together.

2In large bowl, to ground meat, add crackers and mix.

3Add eggs and salt; mix.

4Add milk until mixture will absorb no more.

5Shape into loaf.

6Put in roasting pan; pour water around loaf to about 1/2-inch.

7Cover. Bake 3 hours at 325° to 350°.

8Check about halfway through. May need to add water.
