- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground mustard
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 2 12 cups milk
- 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 34 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 12 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
Directions

1Preheat over to 350 degrees.

2In a medium sauce pan, combine flour, onion, salt, mustard and pepper.

3Gradually stir in milk until blended.

4Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.

5Stir in broccoli, macaroni, ham and cheese.

6Transfer to an ungreased 2 quart baking dish.

7For topping, combine butter and breadcrumbs.

8Sprinkle over macaroni mixture.

9Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
