Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 2 c. diced ham
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in oil.

2Stir in flour; add soup and milk and heat until thickened.

3Add ham and lemon juice; mix well and pour into baking dish.

4Sprinkle cheese on top.

5Roll out 4 to 5 biscuits flat and cut out centers with a small cutter.

6Arrange large pieces on top of ham mixture; fill in between large biscuits with small center pieces of biscuit.

7Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350° and cook until biscuits are done.
