Ham Pie With Dumplings

- 2 c. chopped ham
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. milk
- single pie crust
- black pepper
Directions

1Make a single pie crust and set aside.

2Make dumplings by mixing Bisquick and milk.

3In a saucepan, put ham in 3 cups of water.

4Season with lots of black pepper.

5Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes.

6Drop dumplings by teaspoons into rapid boiling ham mixture.

7Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes without stirring. Add chopped boiled eggs.

8Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Top with rolled out strips of pie crust just to cover.

9Bake at 400° until crust is browned.
