- 4 large potatoes (or more)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- diced ham or 1/2 whole can clams
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes.

2In large saucepan, melt butter.

3Add onions and pepper and cook until tender.

4Add potatoes, water and seasonings.

5Cover and cook until tender.

6Make paste of flour and milk.

7Add to potato mixture.

8Add rest of milk and cook until thickened; stir in corn and ham.
