- 5 lb Ham: cook and shred
- 9 large Potatoes: peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 3 lb Stringbeans: canned or fresh, may use more if you wish
- 1 large onion: diced
- 1 Salt
- 1 Fresh ground pepper
- 1 garlic powder: couple of dashes
Directions

1Add ham, potatoes, onions, stringbeans and s/p and garlic powder.

2Simmer till pototoes are fully cooked.

3Serve with french bread and enjoy!
