- 1 cup cooked ham (cut in strips)
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper (cut in strips)
- 1/3 cup green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/3 cups half-and-half
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
Directions

1Mix ham, bell pepper, green onion, cheese and flour; toss all ingredients lightly.

2Mix half-and-half gently into eggs.

3Still gently; fold ham mixture into egg mixture.

4Pour this mixture into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees, and then lower heat to 325 degrees and bake 20 minutes more or till done.
