  • 4 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups condensed cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 12-2 cups corn flakes, slightly crushed (may use more)
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    Mix well and place in 9 x 13 casserole.

    Cover with buttered cornflakes.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325*F, for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and browned slightly.
