- 4 oz. can diced green chiles, drained
- dash of hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 8 rectangular slices thinly sliced turkey luncheon meat
- 4 oz. finely grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack
Directions

1Blend cream cheese with diced green chiles and hot pepper sauce.

2Blend in Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Spread each ham slice with 3 to 4 tablespoons cheese mixture and roll, jelly roll fashion, beginning at long side.

3Press lightly to seal. Wrap in plastic film and chill well.
