  • 10 oz. fridge pizza crust
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt (plain)
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 6 oz. thin sliced, boiled ham
  • 3 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    On work surface, stretch pizza dough into 12 x 10-inch rectangle.

    In a small bowl, whisk yogurt and mustard together; spread mixture over dough to cover, leaving 1 1/2-inch border.

    Arrange ham over dough; sprinkle with cheese and onions.

    Starting from wide end, roll dough jelly roll fashion to enclose filling.

    Pinch seams to seal.
