  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento, well drained
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Creole mustard
  • 6 (6 x 4 x 1/8-inch) boiled ham

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except ham. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each ham slice.

    Roll up and secure with a wooden pick.

    Cover and chill.

    Carefully slice each roll into pieces.

    Serve with toothpicks.
