- 8 hamburger buns or 24 small biscuit size buns
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. ham
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 2 Tbsp. grated or finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
Directions

1Cream margarine, onion, poppy seed and mustard.

2Spread on both sides of buns.

3Place ham and cheese on bun.

4Put together and spread mustard mixture on top of bun.

5Wrap in foil and bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350°.

6These sandwiches may be made ahead and frozen.

7These may also be used as an appetizer when made on tiny Parker House rolls.
