- 1 diced ham steak
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 large cubed potato
- 1 large can early peas
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 large can creamed corn
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
Directions

1Boil the ham in 2 cups water.

2When ham is tender and broth is formed, add all ingredients (undrained), except cabbage.

3Cook about 45 minutes.

4Add cabbage and cook 15 minutes more.

5If tangy, add a touch of sugar.
