Ham Spaghetti Casserole

  • 7 oz. cooked spaghetti
  • 2 c. cubed cooked ham
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Heat oven to 325°.

    Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain.

    Mix spaghetti, ham, sour cream, soup, mushrooms, onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

    Pour into ungreased baking dish, 11 x 3/4 x 7-inches.

    Mix bread crumbs and butter.

    Mix 1/2 cup cheese and the buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle in diagonal rows over casserole.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese between rows. Bake about 30 minutes.
