Ham-Spaghetti Skillet

Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked ham, slivered
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 (2 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
Directions

1Dice bacon and fry until crisp.

2Remove from skillet.

3Use 2 tablespoons bacon drippings and fry onion and bell pepper until tender.

4Add ham and brown lightly.

5Add garlic, tomatoes and bacon. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove garlic.

6Cook spaghetti in usual manner and drain.

7Add spaghetti and cheese to skillet. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes.

8Season, if desired.

9Serves 4 to 6.

10Great dish for leftover ham.
