- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- pastry for 9-inch pie shell
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 to 1 c. chopped ham
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter.

2Mix milk and eggs.

3Add to spinach.

4Place ham and cheese on bottom of pastry shell.

5Pour other ingredients on top.

6Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
