  • 1 lb. cooked and crumbled sausage or diced ham
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Layer bread, meat and onion; top with eggs and milk.

    Grate cheese on top.

    Make the night before and refrigerate.
