  • 4 whole Large Potatoes, Baked
  • 3 cups Finely Chopped Or Ground Cooked Ham
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Minced Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk (optional)
  • 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop insides into a medium bowl.

    Reserve shells.

    Mash potatoes with a masher or fork.

    If mixture seems too dry, add the milk.
