Ham & Tomato Quiche

Ingredients
- 225 g flour (plain)
- 100 g butter or 100 g margarine
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 sliced tomatoes
- 4 slices of chopped ham
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- grated cheese (To taste)
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 200 C/400F.

2Mix flour, salt and butter until crumbly

3Add water and mix until dough is formed.

4Roll out dough until 1 cm thick.

5Place pastry in quiche mould and prick base.

6Chop ham and tomatos and arange in pastry case.

7Mix beaten eggs and milk together.

8Pour the mixture inside the quiche

9Sprinkle on grated cheese to taste.

10Bake in oven for 20-30 mins until golden brown.
