- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- apricot filling (Solo brand from Foodtown)
Directions

1Sift flour; cream butter and cheese together until well-blended.

2Gradually add flour; make a ball of dough and put in refrigerator overnight.

3Roll out (not too thin) on floured surface.

4Cut into circles.

5Put 1/2 teaspoon filling in the center and fold to form triangles.

6Bake on a greased pan at 350° for about 20 minutes.
