- 2 lb. lean hamburger meat
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt (do not substitute regular salt)
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. fresh grated onion or dry onion flakes
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1In large bowl, put hamburger meat.

2Sprinkle other ingredients over the top.

3If you use onion flakes, soak them in the water for a few minutes.

4Mix well.

5Shape into rolls the size of Ritz crackers.

6Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

7Remove from foil; place on pan.

8Let set at room temperature while oven heats to 350°.
