- 1/2 cup spring water
- 5/8 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 1/8 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 3/4 cups wheat flour
- 1 packet yeast
- 6 seeds
Directions

1Place all ingredients except the 6 seed mix in the food processor's bowl.

2Install the kneading attachment.

3Let it knead for ten minutes.

4Divide the dough into 6 balls and leave them to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.

5Preheat oven to 200 °.

6With a pastry brush, brush the buns with water or milk and sprinkle some of the 6 seeds mixture on top of the bread.

7Bake for about 12 minutes.
