- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel and cut potatoes into fourths.

2Boil in water until tender.

3While that cooks, fry hamburger meat and onion.

4When brown, drain off grease.

5Add mushroom soup and can of water. Place potatoes in casserole dish.

6Pour hamburger mixture over potatoes.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Garnish with shredded cheese, if desired.
