Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 large can tomatoes (do not drain)
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute beef with onion until beef is done; drain.

    Drain corn and peas.

    Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Mix beef and onion mixture with corn, peas and undrained tomatoes.

    Add noodles and place in large casserole dish.

    Place enough grated Cheddar cheese to cover top.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Cheese should be bubbly.
