  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 8 to 10 servings instant potatoes or 10 medium potatoes
  • salt, pepper and parsley leaves, cooked and mashed
  • 3 to 4 slices white American cheese (optional)

Directions

    Brown hamburg and onion in a large skillet.

    Sprinkle in some parsley flakes.

    Drain hamburg and place in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with cream-style corn, then cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley leaves.

    Top with cheese (optional).
