  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can chow mein noodles

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the noodles.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered, then uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Cover with the noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.
