- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the noodles.

2Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered, then uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Cover with the noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.
