- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 or 2 cans water
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onions and celery in skillet.

2Put in bottom of casserole.

3Sprinkle uncooked rice on top.

4Cover with mushroom and chicken soups.

5Add 1 can of water if Minute rice is used, 2 cans if raw rice is used.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Cover first 45 minutes and uncovered last 15 minutes.
