  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans French fried onion rings

    In heavy skillet, cook beef with salt until brown.
