- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 6 slices bread
- pinch of sage
Directions

1Cook onions and celery in margarine.

2Soak bread and press out the water.

3Mix bread with onions and celery; add sage.

4Line a 2-quart casserole dish with hamburg by patting it on sides and bottom; add dressing.

5Blend soup with 1/2 can water or milk; pour over dressing.

6Make dents in dressing with spoon so the soup gets through the dressing.

7Bake for 45 minutes or until it bubbles up in the center.
