- 8 oz. frozen hash browns
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 6 slices Velveeta cheese
- 3 oz. can French fried onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Spread hash browns in pan.

3Sprinkle salt, then brown hamburger, onions, salt and pepper.

4Sprinkle corn and hamburger over potatoes.

5Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk.

6Pour over.

7Place at least 6 slices of Velveeta or more to cover.

8Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes at 350°. Remove foil and spread French fried onions on top.

9Turn off oven and heat 15 minutes.
