  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 onion medium, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper Each:, paprika
  • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces wide noodles cooked according to package directions

Directions

    Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

    Add onion and cook until lightly browned, about 5 to 6 minutes.

    Stir in beef; cook until no longer pink, 8 to 10 minutes.

    Drain.

    Stir in garlic, flour, salt, pepper and paprika; cook 5 minutes.

    Stir in soup and milk.

    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

    Sprinkle with chopped parsley, chives or dill, as desired.
