- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 onion medium, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper Each:, paprika
- 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces wide noodles cooked according to package directions
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

2Add onion and cook until lightly browned, about 5 to 6 minutes.

3Stir in beef; cook until no longer pink, 8 to 10 minutes.

4Drain.

5Stir in garlic, flour, salt, pepper and paprika; cook 5 minutes.

6Stir in soup and milk.

7Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

8Sprinkle with chopped parsley, chives or dill, as desired.

9Serve over hot noodles.
