- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 c. onion
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 can tomato wedges or stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Brown beef; drain.

2Add salt, peppers, onion, rice, water and sauce.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

5Add Ro-Tel and tomatoes.

6Heat for 5 minutes, then serve.
