Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, whole kernel corn, peas or mixed vegetables
- 1 lb. ground beef, ground pork or ground lamb
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 to 11 oz.) can condensed tomato or Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- packaged instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4 servings)
Directions

1Run cold water over vegetables to separate.

2In a large skillet, cook meat and onion until meat is brown; drain.

3Stir vegetables and 1/4 cup water into skillet.

4Cook, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.

5Stir in soup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

6Transfer to a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

7Prepare potatoes according to package directions.

8Drop in mound atop hot mixture.

9If desired, sprinkle with paprika.

10Bake in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
