- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 2 pie shells
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper until meat is browned; drain.

2Add salt and soups and simmer for 5 minutes.

3Pour into 2 pie shells and bake at 350° until shells are brown.

4Turn oven off; add cheese to tops of pies and let them stand in the oven until cheese is melted.
