  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Brown beef; drain.

    Set aside.

    Mix all other ingredients and add to beef.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Cover edges with foil.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 450°.

    Reduce heat and bake at 350° for 45 more minutes or until knife comes out clean.
