  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. rice (can be 1/2 wild rice)
  • 1 can chicken with rice soup
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Brown hamburger with celery and onion.

    Combine water, rice and soup.

    Bring to a boil.

    Let stand.

    Add soy sauce and brown sugar to hamburger mixture.

    Add soup mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
