  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
