- 2 c. chopped tomato
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. celery or 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 (12 oz.) can beef broth
- 1 (12 oz.) can water
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/3 c. brown rice or barley
- 1/2 tsp. each: basil and oregano
Directions

1Cook hamburg in oil; add onion and cook until tender.
