- 2 lb. lean hamburger
- 2 qt. cold water
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions

1Brown hamburger in skillet.

2Drain off any grease.

3Place hamburger in soup kettle.

4Add water.

5Bring to a boil.

6Boil on low heat for 15 minutes.

7Add remaining ingredients and bring back to boil on medium heat.

8Cook for 30 minutes on low.
