  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) canned diced potatoes
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans carrots
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn (unsalted)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peas (unsalted)
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons season salt (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons pepper (to taste)

Directions

    Get out large soup pot.

    Brown hamburger in pot.

    Drain if needed.

    Drain juice from vegetable cans and put veggies into pot.

    Pour in as much beef broth as needed to cover veggies.

    Let bubble until all foods are heated and flavored.
