- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (48 oz.) can vegetable cocktail juice
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans (16 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in heavy skillet; drain off fat. In a large Dutch oven, mix vegetable juice, mushroom soup, ground beef and onions.

2Bring to a boil; add mixed vegetables.

3Cook for 20 minutes.

4Serve hot.
