  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (48 oz.) can vegetable cocktail juice
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion in heavy skillet; drain off fat. In a large Dutch oven, mix vegetable juice, mushroom soup, ground beef and onions.

    Bring to a boil; add mixed vegetables.
