- 1 lb. hamburger
- 3 long unsalted crackers
- 1/2 c. small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. 2% milk
Directions

1Wet the crackers with milk, add the onion, crumble the hamburger into the crackers.

2Mix and shape into 4 hamburger steaks.

3Put into skillet that has been greased.

4Cover and cook on low temperature.

5Turn several times.

6Cook long enough that water comes out of them.

7Drain.

8Add packet of beef broth to one cup of water.

9Stir well and pour over steaks in skillet.

10Cook until steaks are brown and the broth is cooked down.

11Steaks are ready to serve.
