  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • season salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • mushroom
  • egg noodles

    Brown meat with onion, drain.

    Return to skillet.

    Mix together: broth, soup, ketchup, Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

    Add liquid to meat.

    Cook on medium heat until bubbling.

    Reduce heat to low, stir in mushrooms.
