  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 can Mushrooms, Drained
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup, Undiluted
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Directions

    Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.

    When done drain the grease and stir in the flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.

    Cook for 5 minutes.

    Stir in the can of soup.

    Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.

    Stir in the sour cream and heat through.

    I always serve this over rice, but you can change it up by using whatever pasta you love.
