  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • Mrs. Dash Seasoning, to taste
  • 1 can (8 Oz) Sliced Mushrooms Or Use Fresh
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • Cooked Wide Egg Noodles Or Rice

    Brown ground beef in pan.

    Add chopped onion into meat and cook until onions are soft/slightly translucent.

    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, Mrs.

    Dash seasoning and mushrooms.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Stir in soup.

    Add a 1/4 cup of milk a tablespoon at a time to thin the sauce to the desired consistency.

    Simmer uncovered 10 minutes then stir in sour cream.

    Heat through and serve over the noodles or rice.
